Just marvellous!

My daughter recommended Janet as I was keen to have a personal trainer who could tailor sessions to suit me. Having broken my ankle very badly in 1998 I had been suffering with pain and problems walking properly, as a result, from about 2004. We embarked on our journey together in October 2019 and I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute. I appreciate that she travels to my home with equipment and on several occasions has even brought her massage table too! She is also very generous with her time, often going over session times and giving advice to my husband and girls too. In good weather we get out either in the garden or in Wanstead Park which is so enjoyable. Not one session is completely the same so I am always kept on my toes. Without a doubt Janet has made a huge difference to my wellbeing in every sense of the word. We have a lot of fun and laughter and often some blaspheming from me when it's tough. She has a wealth of knowledge, always continuing to study, research and consider the next best steps to help all her clients get the best out of themselves. I observed this when we had a few sessions in the local gym for a brief time. Last August I had an ankle fusion which has been very successful. No more pain at all! Janet has now embarked on helping my balance and walking with my head held high. I am eternally in awe and very grateful to Janet for her dedication and passion for this valuable profession. She has definitely changed my life for the better.
